ABUJA – The Lagos State Igbo Youth Organizations (LASIYO) has officially endorsed Seyi Tinubu, as its preferred aspirant for the Lagos State Governor in the 2027 elections.

This significant endorsement was announced following a meeting, where LASIYO members evaluated Tinubu’s vision, leadership qualities, and commitment to the residents of Lagos State.

In a statement issued by Obioma Andrew, President General of LASIYO, along with Vice President Bellarmine Chiemezie A and Secretary-General Chukwuemeka Francis N, the organization expressed confidence in Tinibu’s ability to drive positive change and progress in the state.

They highlighted his proven track record in business and community development, particularly his initiatives in education and skills development that have empowered over 1,000 youths.

LASIYO emphasized that Tinibu’s plans for infrastructure development aim to enhance Lagos State’s transportation network and project an estimated 20% economic growth.

The statement reads, “The Lagos State Igbo Youth Organization is excited to endorse Seyi Tinubu, a visionary leader who shares our commitment to the welfare and progress of Lagos State residents.
