Ahead of the inauguration of the constitutional review committee, Monday, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu has called on Nigerians from different ethnic and religious backgrounds to participate fully in the review of the 1999 Constitution to ensure that their views are heard and interest protected under the law.

BENIN CITY – AN aspirant of the New Nigerias Peoples Party (NNPP), Peter Okoeguale has criticized the process that produced Pastor Azheme Azena as the party’s standard bearer for the 2024 Edo State Governorship elections alleging that it was compromised.

FROM a crowd of 90 aspirants across the 18 registered political parties, the number of those jostling to succeed Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State on November 12, 2024, has drastically gone down to 16.
