THE Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has signed a contract with African Refinery Port Harcourt Limited (ARPHL) to build 100,000 barrels per day, bpd, refinery within the Port Harcourt Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Rivers state.
