The Immediate Past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley B. Otuaro, joined forces with the Teens and Youth Ministry of Christ Embassy Warri Ministry Centre to host a groundbreaking conference for over 2,000 National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members.

Held at the Platinum Event Centre in Uvwie Local Government Area, the program was a key part of the Global ReachOut World initiative, integrating insights from the widely acclaimed Rhapsody of Realities devotional.

Centered on the transformative power of the mind, the conference emphasized personal growth and fulfillment through the teachings of God’s Word. In his keynote speech, Deacon Otuaro described the mind as a “divine gift” with the limitless potential to shape destinies and foster national transformation.

Addressing the participants, Otuaro urged them to break free from mediocrity and negativity. He highlighted the importance of aligning their thoughts with divine purpose, stating, “Your mind is the ultimate battlefield. Victory comes when you fill it with noble, creative, and impactful ideas. Think beyond limits, dream boldly, and act with integrity. Align your thoughts with God’s Word, and you will not only transform your life but also contribute significantly to national development.”

He also acknowledged the influence of his spiritual mentor, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (D.Sc., D.D.), and his book The Power of Your Mind, describing it as a crucial guide for young people seeking positive change.

The conference had a significant spiritual impact, with over 200 corps members surrendering their lives to Christ and many others committing to apply the principles shared.

The event was attended by notable personalities, including NYSC Zonal Inspectors, Rt. Hon. Evelyn Oboro (former House of Representatives member), and Chief Dan Okenyi (former Delta State Commissioner of Lands), among others.

Participants expressed their deep appreciation to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome for the life-transforming resources and to Deacon Otuaro for his motivational address.
