Says Community won’t participate in proposed aptitude test

Omadino Community major host to  Chevron Nigeria Limited says the Chevron Itsekiri host Community demands 70 percent of the job slot in the ongoing proposed recruitment exercise by CNL.

Chairman of Omadino Community Management Trust, Mr. Tuoyo Mogbiyiteren made this known in Warri while reacting to the uncleared manner CNL is going about the entire process, describing it as anti-Omadino Community it’s major host both in Makaraba and Utonana fields in Delta State.

Mogbiyiteren who took a swipe at Chevron for not giving Omadino Community and other Chevron Itsekir Host Communities the needed preference as the owners of their main operating locations, said Itsekiri people will not participate in the so called aptitude test, alleging that CNL want to scheme them out.

The oil rich community Chairman said they want to know the total numbers of the proposed employment by CNL, they are also giving Chevron Nigeria Limited Management till Thursday November 7, 2024 to resolve issues raised and other critical concern matters before it snowball into chaos within Omadino and CNL.

He assured the company of continuous synergy and peaceful relationship If their demands are tackled appropriately.
