A Non-Governmental Organisaton, NerdzFactory Foundation, in partnership with Access Corporation, has successfully empowered over 1,500 teachers and educators in Kwara and Lagos through its groundbreaking Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, STEM Educator Immersion Program.
The gesture was in a bid to strengthen STEM education in the states in particular and Nigeria, in general.
According to Executive Director of NerdzFactory Foundation, Mr. Ade Olowojoba, the program aims to enhance the capabilities of educators in STEM fields, equipping them with modern teaching methods and resources to inspire the next generation of innovators.

It spans a wide array of teaching strategies, from inquiry-based learning to integrating technology in classrooms and conducting hands-on experiments. Through the sessions, educators gain practical insights into nurturing critical thinking and creativity in their students
“The initiative also seeks to address the growing demand for qualified STEM educators in Nigeria by helping create more opportunities in the field,” he stressed.
