ABUJA – The Executive Director of GSS Real Estate and Investment, Architect Chukwudi Ezenwa, has announced that Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s vision to transform Anambra into Nigeria’s premier tourist destination is taking shape.

Ezenwa, who is overseeing the construction of Lot 1 of the state-of-the-art Solution FunCity project, stated that the leisure and entertainment complex will feature a water park, amusement park, family fun center, country club, and sports park.

The project, located in the heart of Awka, is expected to attract millions of visitors annually, showcasing the state’s rich cultural heritage and world-class attractions.

In a statement on Saturday, Ezenwa expressed optimism that the project will redefine the tourism landscape in the region, providing a comprehensive facility for leisure and fun enthusiasts.

According to him, Governor Soludo’s administration has demonstrated its commitment to creating a thriving hub for tourism, business, and economic growth in Anambra State.

He said, “This exquisite leisure theme park is poised to welcome millions of visitors from around the globe. It will feature a diverse array of attractions, including a thrilling water park, a vibrant family fun center, an elegant country club, and a state-of-the-art sports park. Additionally, it boasts a bustling stadium, renowned for its high-energy events and activities.

“Since its inception, it has been evident that, upon completion, the park will provide a comprehensive facility designed to cater to leisure and fun enthusiasts.

“Governor Chukwuma Soludo, recognizing the deep connection that Ndi Igbo have with their homeland, has championed the creation of a livable and prosperous environment for Ndi Anambra.

“This theme park is set to become the premier destination for relaxation, networking, and exceptional leisure experiences.”
