An expert in the Real estate sector and the founder of In-Motion Business Limited, Mr Gideon Ekanem has expressed the commitment of his company to open Akwa Ibom people to vast opportunities in real estate industry.
Ekanem who said this while interacting with newsmen yesterday in Uyo explained that the company has launched several projects to train, and encourage more people in the state to go into the sector.

He disclosed that company has concluded arrangements to launch another project in the state, a Real Estate Academy to help further train and equip those interested in the in the industry with the knowledge and experience they need to succeed.
Ekanem who is also Chairman Board of Directors of Enterprise Valley Academy explained that the training School would help people to learn more about real estate business and to understand that what the industry does is not just about selling and buying of houses.
His words ; “The Enterprise Valley Academy is an academy of In-Motion Business Limited. In our company we are Committed to the real estate narrative. So in line with what we are doing in the housing sector we have also been very committed to Human capital development.
“We have launched several projects such as the Students in the Real estate. During the ASUU strike we were able to identify students and train them. Many of them acquired skills that have helped them to become outstanding in the sector.
.
” And in taking the training further our company has thought about the need to set up an organised a Real estate Academy in Uyo.
“Akwa Ibom state government is launching different projects in the housing sector, so our company is helping by ensuring that people understand the workability of the sector and how they can make money from it.
“The challenge we always have in this part of the country is that when a project is launched the citizens don’t know how to key into it for personal gains. That’s is why our company is helping to unbundle that, by floating Enterprise Valley Academy”
