Nollywood actress,Olajumoke Samuel  better known by fans as Queen Fazzima has explained why she added real estate to her portfolio  which includes acting and other things.

Queen Fazzima who reveals that her next movie is coming out on Netflix says real estate is one of her passions, adding that she decided to take a full plunge into it because of a surge in fraud and cheating in the trade.

She told Potpourri in a chat, “I hate when people get cheated. It’s so painful when I see people get duped over their hard-earned money, so I said to myself since it’s a profession that I have a passion for I will have to use my platform to help people invest in a proper real estate property without being  scared of getting scammed.”

She said since she started her real estate business she has learnt a lot and it has impacted her life positively in many ways she never thought possible

“I’m fulfilled to see people achieve their dreams of becoming a land and a house owner without being duped or ripped off. Beyond that, the venture has sharpened my interpersonal communication skills. I have built new relationships, connections, and been exposed to new things,” she said.

” I sell and buy properties.  I source genuine luxury and affordable homes for both rentals , shortlet and outright sales. I also help in purchase and sale of land with all supporting documentations and approvals. I help my clients invest in real estate and go through it all with them till they get their profit. I help source for lands for  agricultural, hospitality,  banking and personal purposes, ” she added
