AS Nigerians reel under the pain of scarcity of new Naira notes, the Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre, CISLAC, and other 38 Civil Society Organisations, CSOs, Monday, called on the Federal Government to quickly put in place all measures to ameliorate the plight of Nigerians.
