The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gtext Homes Mr. Stephen Akintayo has reiterated that the vision for Beryl Estate is to create affordable luxury.

He made this known at the maiden edition of Red Fest family festival organized by Beryl estate , at a private beach around the estate.

Beryl estate , he explained, gave birth to the vision of Red Fest, adding , “we thought of where people would want to go to during Christmas and New year celebration, we know that straight down the beach is a popular Eleko beach and people would have to pay a thousand naira to access it ,so we decided to create the same ambiance opposite our estate to have people come around to eat, drink and also get the vision of owning property in the new year.”

He added that plans were ongoing to buy more property along the area to create a resort and build a pedestrian bridge from the estate to the resort.

Speaking further, he said, “One of the things we are going to pride ourselves on, is to be the biggest green estate because we have our estate in Ikorodu, Atan, Abuja and other locations coming up and we are going to be self sufficient in electricity. Some of our designs have trees and we want it to be as green as possible is the focus because we have our focus on climate change as the discussion is still on. There will be swimming pool and since there is a lot of water around here we are looking at creating artificial lake.”

Reacting to a question on duration of the project, Mr. Akintayo explained that the project had a 3-year lifespan, adding that   the construction phase would be delivered by 2021 and  expected to be fully habitable by 2022. “Statistics show that by 2021 over 200000 new jobs would be created in this community that is why we are advising people to come and invest here now and get value for their money. If you build your house here and you are not ready to live here then you can lease it out. As you can see from our designs, houses here are designed for high net wort people. Everyone of our estate has security even on the street to monitor and ensure that quality people live here. We will do our background check on every one that will live in our estate,” he said.

In his contribution ,  Chief Executive Officer, Ufitfly limited Mr. Ajibola Ogunkeyede,   explained that in the last one year of his organisation’s partnership with Gtext Homes, “Prospective customers would not only buy property  but also travel to any of their preferred destinations paid by Gtext Homes once you buy property  between January to November 2020”.

By the way, Beryl Estate is located on a 400 plots of land starting with 100 plots for the phase 1. Sited in about 5 minutes drive to Free trade zone, 7 minutes to the Lagos seaport and 10 minutes to the Dangote refinery.
