ASABA- THE Governorship Election Petition in Delta State held this afternoon that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa won the March governorship election in the state and was lawfully returned by INEC.
It dismissed the petition by APC ”s Chief Great Ogboru as opportunistic and gold digging..
