In honour of Late President Shehu Shagari, flags flown at half mast at the Presidential Villa in line with Presidential directives on 30th Dec 2018

President Muhammadu Buhari Saturday directed that flags should fly at half-mast in military and para-military formations, as well as public buildings for three days, starting from today (Sunday) as he paid tribute once again to the late President Shehu Shagari.
