Hon. Elohor Benjamin Sharta, a,former councillor of Udu Local Government Area has declared his intention to contest for the position of Delta State House of Assembly, DTHA, to represent Udu State Constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

He made the declaration in his   Ward 7″ Ovwian” after he visited Chief Steve Sokoh, President General of Udu Communities, at his residence where he blessed and prayed for him.

While making his intention known in his speech, Hon. Sharta said he is on a rescue mission, to deliver the people of Udu from the hands of those he described as “ political demons” who always used them and dump them only to come back during another election.

He assured that he will not let them   down if given the mandate to represent them at the House, saying,”I will give you adequate representation.”

Hon. Sharta also said that Udu people will always vote for APC and Chief Great Ogboru will emerge the governor of Delta State come 2019 and that when he was a councillor he trained 500 persons in various skills ,donated hospital equipment to Ovwian Health Centre, build over head tank and pumps to Ovwian Community employed sweepers, among other things, assuring that he will do more if elected.
