THE family of Dr. Ndutimi Dudafa, a sociology lecturer with the Bayelsa State owned Niger Delta University, who was abducted from his home in Gbarantoru in the Yenagoa   local government area of the state has appealed to his kidnappers to release him unconditionally. 

Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has urged major cement manufacturers to consider reduction of the price of cement  in order to drive infrastructure development. Professor Osinbajo who made the appeal at the inauguration of the 350 million dollars BUA Cement Plant at Kalambaina, Sokoto State, said two things that require urgent attention in the cement industry was pricing and embracing usage of cement for constructing concrete roads across the country.
