Isoko Political Mandate has dismissed reports that the lawmaker representing Isoko North Constituency in Delta State House of Assembly, Mr. Timi Owhefere does not represent his constituency well, noting that his constituents would re-elect him in 2019.
A statement by the Coordinator of the group, Mr. Ezekiel Ugbo said Owhefere used his position as the Majority Leader of the House to attract various projects to Isokoland one of which is the ongoing construction of Owhelogbo/Abbi Road.
His words:“Aligning with the fact that the truth is sacred, Owhefere ventured into politics as a successful businessman operating one of the most vibrant businesses located in Ughelli.
His philanthropic gestures echoed across Isoko Land and eventually got him this far. Having done exceedingly well, the people of Isoko North are prepared to re-elect him.’’
