Human rights lawyer and chieftain of Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Ben Okoko has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to create a level playing ground for all the political parties during today’s governorship election in Anambra state.

He said by so doing, the electioneering exercise would turn out to be transparent, free and fair to all the contestants and by extension, the observers.

Okoko who spoke to newsmen yesterday in his law chambers at Nkpor, said that INEC should distribute polling materials as at when due and not too late as usual, adding that all the necessary logistics must be put in place to ensure a hitch-free exercise.
