
THE naira, yesterday, appreciated to N359.76 per dollar in the Investor and Exporter (I&E) Foreign Exchange, FX Window.
Data from the Financial Market Dealers Quote, FMDQ, showed that the indicative exchange rate for the I & E FX Window, known as Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange, NAFEX, dropped to N360.07 per dollar, yesterday, from Friday’s closing market rate which stood at N360.08 per dollar. This represents a one kobo appreciation of the naira.
Similarly, the naira, in the parallel market, yesterday, appreciated to N364 per dollar from N365 per dollar traded on Friday.
