The dissolved South West Zonal Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has filed a suit before a Federal High Court, Abuja, seeking an order for the nullification of the 75th National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting of the PDP and the adoption at the special non-elective National Convention of the party held last Saturday.

How Nigeria discourages FDI
Nigeria was once the first destination in Africa for Foreign Direct Investment, FDI. But now, according to a study, the country ranks nineteenth. Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics, NBS, reported that FDI flow plummeted from $9.64 bn in 2015 to $5.12 bn in 2016, a whopping 46 per cent drop. Police wants cost against Evan’s counsel raised to N300,000
The police authorities have asked a Federal High Court in Lagos to compel the counsel to suspected kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike alias Evans, Mr. Olukoya Ogungbeje to pay a punitive cost of N300,000 for alleged wrongful service of the court processes on parties in the suit.
