Emmanuel Amuneke has said he will not apply to handle either the country’s U17s or U20s, the Flying Eagles, because his coaching career has gone beyond that.

The former FC Barcelona of Spain winger assisted Manu Garba to tinker the U17s, Golden Eaglets,  to win the 2013 FIFA World Cup in Dubai.

Two years after, he mounted the saddle as the Golden Eaglets went all the way to retain the FIFA U17 trophy in Chile. However,  with Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) throwing the doors open for who becomes the next junior national teams coaches,  Amuneke  said: “No,  I’m not supposed to handling either the U17s or U20s any more”, Amuneke told Scorenigeria.com
