The Delta state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has inuagurated its state caucus, senatorial and 10 functinal committees at the weekend in the party’s secretariat, Asaba .

The Publicity secretary of All Progressives Congress APC, Delta State chapter Engr Leonard Obibi made this known in a chat with Vanguard, noting that the party is now set to unseat the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in 2019.

According to Obibi, the 10 functinal committees cover Finance, strategy, research/policy, publicity, contacts, grassroots mobilization, election, reconciliation/ peace, welfare, security and youths mobilization alongside with 3 senatorial district committees.

” the party will leverage on these organs in its quest to take over the Government House” Obibi said

Party chieftians and leaders present at the inauguration included, Ntufam Hilard Eta, the National Vice Chairman ( south-south) of the party, who inaugurated the State caucus and all the other committees, Honorable Minster of Petroleum Resourse, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor, chief(Engr) Hyacinth Enuha, the chief host and state Chairman of the party,Prophet Jones Ode Erue and a host of other dignitaries.
