The state executive of the party also declared its support for the administration of Governor Seriake Dickson.

In a statement by its Chairman, Moses Cleopas, at the end of the party’s state executive committee meeting in Yenagoa, PDP hailed Senator Ahmed Makarfi and PDP National Caretaker Committee for confirming and using convention powers to ratify it in the just-concluded non-elective national convention.

Cleopas said the party was aware of selfish moves by some persons pushing for the exco’s dissolution.

He explained that for those who left the party and were desirous of returning, “there is a PDP constitutio-nal process of re-joining.”
