Akure—Oil Producing communities in Ondo state have alleged unfair distribution of posts in the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

Addressing newsmen in Igbokoda , the group equally lamented the lack of development in their communities despite the state being a fifth oil producing state in the country.
Their Chairman, High chief Loto Amehinola Finance who was flanked by the Secretary Okiriji Ayubapiriye Nathaniel and legal Adviser Kpiliboh Eddy said the effect of oil exploration and exploitation was devastating.
“There is virtually nothing to show in the oil producing communities despite the state ranking as the 5th position amongst oil producing states in Nigeria”
“It is still a surprise that we are still left in the total darkness, under-development is the order of the day married with unpaid attention by government.
