ENUGU—CARETAKER Committee of Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State has passed a resolution to constitute an Advisory Council comprising former local government chairmen of the council area.

The resolution is contained in a statement signed by the Supervisor for Education and Head, Igbo Eze South Local Government Information Bureau, Mr Emmanuel Jonathan.

According to the statement, the Transition Committee Chairman of the Council, Dr. Fidelis Odo, at the first Executive Council meeting for 2017, said that the Advisory Council would, among other things, guide and advise the leadership of the council and successive administrations on the best way to administer people-oriented leadership in the council area.
