AN Information technology and software development company, ATB Techsoft Solutions Ltd, has launched an education software, Eduware, a comprehensive web-based school management software that automates schools’ day-to-day activities.

Pointing out that Nigerian organisations spend over $1bn annually to purchase foreign software, the CEO, ATB Techsoft Solutions, Mr. Abiodun Atobatele, described Eduware as a full-fledged educational system capable of handling all educational software need from students’ admission to automated result processing.

He said “Eduware is our school management system application that can be used by educational institutions at all levels. It is designed to give schools the best software to handle all their administrative and academic activities with ease and accuracy and at an affordable cost.

“Leveraging on the Microsoft Azure Cloud service, this software addresses gaps in the education sector by connecting each department to the school and the school to the student and/or parent, where necessary, for information sharing and retrieval.

“Eduware is a result of seven years of dedication, hard work, research and investment, and its features are portals for student admission, students’ records management, online course registration, automated result processing, e-learning (online course form and online assignment submission), students affairs portal, financials, online result access, among others.”

He listed benefits of Eduware to include accessibility to only students who have paid their fees, cost effective, simple user experience, easy communication between students and teachers, ease of real time data integration, among others.
