Six Fulani herdsmen arrested by the Inspector General of Police Special Intelligence Response Team, IRT, for allegedly kidnapping and terrorizing businessmen, including residents of Okeho, a border town in Oyo State, have been charged to court.

The Ijaw Youth Assembly, DIYA, has raised concern over the militarisation of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State in the wake of the court order by a Federal High Court, Lagos, against former militant leader, Chief Government Ekpemupolo, aka Tompolo, coupled with the attack on oil installations by some aggrieved youths.
