Lagos—Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State, has said his administration is working hard to transform the state into the tourism hub of the continent as the state is gradually emerging as the capital of arts and entertainment in Africa.

The Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa has approved six Nigerian athletes for Olympic Scholarships for elite President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, Habu Gumel, who made this known on Friday also noted that 11 athletes were also on the list of the International Olympic Committee for another grant aimed at boosting the preparation of the athletes for the games.
