THERE was pandemonium at the Ogun State governor’s office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, when some aggrieved pensioners locked in Ogun State Commissioner for Finance, Adewale Osinowo alongside his workers over two months unpaid pensions of local government retirees.
