Youths of Ugborodo Community, Warri North Local Government Area, Delta State, have commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the appointment of Tikari T. Y. Danjuma and Collins Oturobo as the National and Delta State Coordinator, respectively, of the Niger Delta Riverine Protection Programme, NDRPP.

In a statement, National President of Ugborodo community youths, Mr. Ofe Nene, said considering the unassailable credentials and track records of the duo, their appointments never came to them as a shock.

The statement said, “We are very sure their tenures will bring peace, development and security to the people, properties and oil installations in the Niger Delta as a result of their wide ranging consultation and knowledge of the terrain and people of the Niger Delta region.”
