The cleric made the call while delivering a public sermon in Abuja.
He said: “His Eminence Sa’ad Abubakar III deserves the prayers of the Muslim Ummah, especially as he has always demonstrated his passion for the unification of all Muslim under his watch, and all Nigerians, in the 10 years he has spent on the throne.”
Sheikh Adam also urged Muslims to strive towards entrenching a united and indivisible Ummah under the Sultan of Sokoto.
He also urged all Muslims to do Allah’s biddings for the desired progress of the nation.
“My hutbah of today is that all Muslims should unite because our God is one; that is, Allah (SWT), the prophet of Islam is one; that is, Mohammed (SAW), the direction of Muslims worldwide is one while praying; that is, Kaábah, the holy book is one; that is the Quran, Muslim leadership in Nigeria is one; that is the Sultan of Sokoto. This is the reason I’m laying emphasis on the unification of all Muslims.” he said.
