Ibadan—TWELVE persons, including a mother and her twin children, were feared killed in an accident that occurred, yesterday, at Oja-Oba Market area of the Ibadan South East Local Government Area of Oyo State.

Worried about the epidemic of malnutrition among Nigerian children, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, yesterday called for expansion of the country’s food fortification programme considering the devastating effect of malnutrition and poor dietary intake among Nigerians.

Nigerian Optometric Association, NOA in collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, has called on Nigerians, particularly, drivers to annually go for eye checkup or risked being victims of Glaucoma and other eyes related ailments.
