The coordinator of Ijaw monitoring group, Comrade Joseph Evah, said he regretted that the patriach of the Ekpemupolo Dynasty, Chief Thomas Ekpemupolo did not live to witness the transformation of the Niger Delta to a world class region of his dreams.

According to the Niger Delta activist in his tribute, “we are mourning with great regret that the father of Chief Tompolo did not live long enough to feel the transformation of our region.

I am sure the old man did not die as an happy man because Niger Delta in general is still in darkness at this point in time.
