Succour came the way of 300 people in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency when over 100 youths graduated from the Oghene Egoh Foundation after several months of intensive training while 70 widows, elderly among others also benefited from the foundation.
The lawmaker representing Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Mr. Oghene Egoh, PDP, distributed some items including sewing machines, grinding machine, Keke Napep, Motorbikes, generators, refrigerator, school bus, among others so as to alleviate poverty in his constituency.

He said that the empowerment programme is a fall out of this longtime search to alleviate the poverty in his constituency.
Oghene reiterated that the foundation has been providing solutions to the needs of his constituency through his party and constituency office.
“The beneficiaries of the Oghene Egoh foundation were carefully selected from all the wards while other groups including the Festac Town Residents Association, Satellite Residents Association, Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Amuwo Odofin branch, Artisans among others”, he said.
He added that, the next empowerment programme would be distribution of school uniforms.
