WARRI—Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate, NDGJM, a militant group in Delta State, yesterday, claimed that its strike force blew up the Afiesere-Ekiugbo delivery line, operated by the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company, NPDC/Shoreline Petroleum at Ughelli, Delta State, on Sunday.
