Wild excitement, yesterday, greeted the presence of Dame Patience Jonathan, ex-First Lady and wife of immediate-past President Goodluck Jonathan, as she visited her ancestral home, Okirika, in Rivers State, to attend the funeral of late Queen Comfort Kaine Obudibo, wife of the Amayanabo of Ogoloma, His Royal Highness, King E.T.I. Obudibo, Ikwo V.

On her entourage were top Rivers State government functionaries among whom were- Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Rt. Adams Dabotorudima; Chief Whip, Hon. Evans Bipi; Secretary, People’s Democratic Party, Rivers State chapter, Hon. Sammy Okpoko among others.
