Justice Olukayode Adeniyi of an Abuja High Court at Maitama, on Thursday, admitted an aide to Governor Ayodele Fayose, Mr. Abiodun Agbele, bail to the tune of N50million.

An FCT High Court on Thursday slammed a N50 million bail on Abiodun Agbele, an aide to Gov. Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti.
The court also ordered the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) to pay five million naira to Agbele for violating the applicant’s fundamental human rights to personal liberty.
