PORT HARCOURT : JUSTICE Mohammed Liman of a Federal High Court in Port Harcourt Monday ruled that the decision of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to have dissolved the Sherif led executive of the party and appointed a Caretaker Committee led by Senator Ahmed Markafi was in order.
