THE Ijaw People Congress, IPC, has dissociated Chief Boro Opudu, Chairman, Delta Waterway and Land Security Committee; Frank Omare, Director-General, Special Programme, Delta State and Chief Johnny Aribogha from the ongoing communal war between Aladja (an Urhobo town in Udu Local Government Area) and Ogbe-Ijoh (an Ijaw town in Warri South-West), saying they are not the sponsors of the communal war.
