Former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, was in court on Tuesday, over corruption charges preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

However, he was not arraigned as the judge failed to appear in court for the second time.

He was to be arraigned last Friday, but the case was adjourned till Tuesday owing to the judge’s absence.
