Foremost actor and film producer, Kunle Afolayan has given a thumbs up to  the newly introduced Peugeot 508 after driving the car assembled in Kaduna by Pan Nigeria for about five months. Afolayan who is the brand Ambassador for Peugeot in Nigeria, commended the car at an interactive session at the on going Lagos Motor Fair, at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.

“I am here to be part of the auto fair because Peugeot, which is a brand I am part of, is exhibiting. Peugeot is the auto brand that is proudly Nigerian, and a household name too. I am very proud and happy to be associated with the brand, being a proud owner of Peugeot 508, which is the top of the range”

PContinuing he said, “Peugeot 508 is a very fuel efficient car, in fact, it is the most fuel    efficient car I have driven. I do a lot of travels out of town, I have discovered that the engine runs very smoothly, you can hardly hear the sound, the interior is very roomy and comfortable, I recommend the car to the average executive in the country”. He added that  the 508 is very rugged with a very good suspension and powerful engine too.

“If you compare the features and comfort in the Peugeot 508, then you know that the car is reasonably priced. Already, a lot of my friends have indicated interest in the car, aside the 508, a lot of my other friends have shown interest in other Peugeot models,” he stated. Recalling that he did not just jump into associating with Peugeot brand, he said “before I agreed to be part of the Peugeot family, I requested to test the new cars, and after I did, I resolved to defend and push the auto brand anywhere”.

The film maker also stated:  “What you need is a car that gives you comfort and cuts down your cost of running it, especially the fuel consumption.”
