This is also to meet the needs of Nigeria for safe, adequate, reliable and affordable electricity under the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, EEDC, network.

In a statement made available to Vanguard, EEDC, Emeka Ezeh, disclosed that the offices will be located in Awka, Anambra State, and Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.

The statement read in part:“These commissioning brings the total number of Forum Offices within the EEDC coverage area to three, namely: Enugu, Abakaliki, and Awka; with a Zonal Office in Owerri.

“The setting up of the offices by NERC is to ensure electricity disputes are resolved and that customers have a say in what affects them as customers of electricity providers.
