Edo State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirant, Chief Solomon Edebiri,  has assured that the party’s ticket for him will translate to victory in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

Chief Edebiri stated this when he visited the State Working Committee at the state secretariat during the week to officially declare his intention to contest the September governorship poll on the party’s platform.

Edebiri who also kicked  off his state-wide party tour ahead of the party’s primary, promised to revamp comatose industries in the state if giving the chance.

“Every time I realize that all the viable industries that were established by our founding fathers are dead, I lament and pray for an opportunity to be in administration to revive them,” he said.
