Lagos—Justice Raliat Adebiyi of a Lagos High Court sitting at Igbosere has adjourned the ruling on applications filed by the former Director-General of Nigeria Maritime Administration Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr. Patrick Ziadeke Akpobolokemi and Governor Amechee Juan challenging the court jurisdiction to entertain the criminal charges brought against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, to March 21.
