Luck ran out on the suspect when the tricycle conveying the contraband goods broke down at Umuobiakwa community, causing him to drop the Indian hemp in a nearby bush.
Vanguard learned that it was while the suspect and the tricycle driver were trying to repair their Keke to continue with their journey that men of the anti-robbery stormed the area.
The Keke rider ran away, but the suspect was apprehended.
