The Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Governor of Rivers, Mr Opunabo Inko-Tariah, has said that the state government’s N30 billion loan will be used to develop the state. Inko-Tariah told newsmen in Port Harcourt on Thursday that insinuations by the state chapter of All Progressives Congress that Gov. Nyesom Wike intends to borrow N100 billion were untrue.

Mr Ibrahim Lass, Yobe State Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps (NYCS), on Thursday said that the management of the scheme would consider re-opening orientation camp in the state next year. According to Lass, the reopening depends on if the state government rehabilitates the camp.

OLEH-THE police in Delta State have arrested 11 suspected cultists in Oleh, headquarters of Isoko South Local Government Area of the state.
