AN Ijaw leader in Delta State, Chief Favour Izoukumor, has charged the Urhobo Progress Union, UPU, to stop “foisting its will on the Urhobo nation during elections,” saying that the body's attitude in past elections had robbed the ethnic group of its relevance in the politics of the state.
