They are good at predicting the future without creating it. As Peter Drucker has observed “If you want to predict the future, create it.”

I am quite sure why Uche Nworah and his team targeted me for this role. I wonder if it is because I am an in-law, having been gifted with a very dear wife from Anambra, or because I was, as they say, the first non-Anambra person by birth to become a ‘member’ indeed a ‘founding member’ of the League of Anambra Professionals.
“Only mortgages can bridge housing deficit” – Fashola
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, said home ownership through mortgage was the only effective way to bridge housing deficit in the country. Fashola spoke at the inauguration of Chois Estate, a housing estate in Lekki area of the state. The 420-unit estate of bungalows and duplexes was delivered by the state government in partnership with a property development company, First Communities Limited.
Stakeholders commend Chidoka, welcome new aviation order
Aviation stakeholders who many feared will not be prepared to embrace the technological change and passenger- centred policies the new Aviation Minister, Chief Osita Chidoka introduced to the aviation sector since assuming office last year, have surprised everybody. Stakeholders, especially passengers and airline operators have keyed into the Aviation Passenger’s Service Portal for improved information between passengers, agencies and airlines.
