The Senior Special Assistant to the  Gov. Idris Ichala Wada has said that the governor will win in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

Fabola stated this in an exclusive chat with Vanguard in Isanlu, headquarters of Yagba East Local Government Area. He said the governor has performed excellently to deserve a second term in office.

“The way we play our politics in this part of the world is not healthy. Even those who are accusing the governor of non-performance are benefiting from his numerous projects. But because of political gains, they have closed their consciences to the fact that the governor has performed beyond expectations in view of the available resources at his disposal.

“On November 21, the people of Kogi will speak with an unmistakable voice to return Gov Wada to Lugard House to consolidate his vision of a great Kogi State. With his massive investments in the infrastructural development of the rural communities, the people are prepared to stand by him.’’
