* Spotted in Port Harcourt Airport, en route Abuja

The Immediate-past President Goodluck Jonathan, has left his country home, Otuoke in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

He was on Wednesday, spotted at the Port Harcourt International Airport, in Rivers State.

Jonathan, who was cladded in his trademark South-South outfit and sandwiched by  VIPs and security operatives, was said to be on his way to Abuja, when the photos were taken.

This is arguably the 6th time the ex-President would be making a public appearance after handing-over on May 29, 2015, to his successor, President Muhammadu Buhari.

The social media went abuzz as former President Goodluck Jonathan made his first public appearance after the May 29 hand-over.  Citizen Chinedu Ozordi, posted on his Twitter handle, photo of Jonathan with some Nigerians at Heathrow Airport, in UK on Sunday, June 7, 2015.

July 13

Jonathan was seen at the Gwarimpa, Abuja branch of First Bank where he was said to have gone to process his Bank Verification Number (BVN).

August 17

The social media went abuzz again, as the ex-President was spotted over the weekend on his visit to Kenya’s Maasai Mara Games Reserve in two chartered planes. One of the planes was said to have carried Kenya State security and the second occupied by Jonathan, his wife Patience and two of their children.

September 7

Jonathan made another public appearance, as he endorsed the Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson for a second term citing his excellent track record of regular payment of workers salaries, reduction of the state’s huge debt profile and infrastructural development.

The former President spoke while receiving Governor Dickson at his country home, Otuoke in Ogbia local government area of the state.

September 8

Some Governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),  paid a solidarity visit to former President Goodluck Jonathan, in his country home at Otuoke, Bayelsa.

The PDP governors are Olusegun Mimiko, Nyesom Wike and Seriake Dickson of Ondo, Rivers and Bayelsa States, as well as four deputy governors  who represented their principals.
