NACA targets 15,000 for HIV counselling, testing in Lagos
The National Agency for the Control of AIDS, NACA, has said that it is targeting about 15,000 people for Human Immune deficiency Virus, HIV, testing and counselling in the ongoing free medical outreach programme in Lagos. Disclosing this during the flag - off of the exercise which is holding simultaneously in Kairo Market Oshodi and Ejigbo Market play ground all in Isolo - Oshodi Local Government Area of Lagos State, the Director Partnerships Coordination, NACA, Dr. Emmanuel Alhassan stressed the need for every Nigerian to know his or her HIV status.
